Conflict of Interest Code and related

SCCLC adopted a formal Conflict of Interest Code on March 10, 2011, as part of the process of reorganizing the school to operate as a nonprofit public benefit corporation. That Code requires certain individuals to file financial disclosures on a regular basis, using the state Form 700. As of March 2012, the list of affected individuals includes:

Current members of the Board of Directors (Governing Board, or "GC") of SCCLC
Candidates for the Board of Directors (due at the final deadline for for filing your GC candidacy)
Corporate Officers (CEO/President, CFO/Treasurer, Secretary, etc)
School Director
Director of Curriculum and Resources
Educare Program Director
Consultants (under certain circumstances)
Purchasing Manager
Contractors (under certain circumstances)
